SHIPPING POLICY

 

• Our shipping partners will attempt delivery of the products once and we highly recommend it being collected in that instance.
• In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to the wrong address/ recipient not available/ premises locked, the consumer shall not be entitled to a refund.
• Being perishable in nature, neither Fratelli nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.
• Subject to the policy of our shipping partner, title and risk of loss for all product(s) ordered by Consumer shall pass on to the Consumer once Fratelli hands over the product(s) to the shipping carrier.
• We generally ship in overnight express.
• All orders received before 4 PM IST will be shipped out the same day. Any order received beyond 4 PM IST will be shipped the next working day.
• Orders received on Sunday and public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
