REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  • Any order once placed cannot be canceled.
  • We do not accept returns unless the packaging of the product received by you is past its expiration date.
  • It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date.
  • If in case this happens, please email us your order number and a picture of the expired product and we will send a replacement at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same.
  • The refund or exchange shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no refund or exchange shall be initiated.
  • Please do not accept the delivery in case the package received is damaged or has been tampered with.
