Terms and Conditions Governing Instagram Contest for Fratelli Estate Visit

The Instagram contest is organized by Fratelli Wines on their Instagram handle @fratelliwines and the deadline for participating in the contest is September 15, 2024. Joining and participation in the contest is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and as may be revised by Fratelli Wines from time to time at its sole discretion. 

How to participate?

  • Share your most cherished travel experience in the comments section of the contest announcement post. It could be a magical sunset, a serendipitous encounter, the perfect meal you still crave, or anything that made your travel unforgettable.
  • Tag 3 friends and make sure to follow us.
  • One lucky winner will get a chance to enjoy a complementary stay for two, filled with fine wine, local culinary delights and scenic views at our estate.

 If you are the lucky winner, what are the next steps you have to follow?

The lucky winner of the Instagram contest must provide the following information: 

  • Aadhaar Card Proof
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Post verification, a voucher will be emailed directly to the lucky winner of the contest.

 Validity and Eligibility

  • Voucher is valid until November 30, 2024.
  • The voucher includes a 2-night stay for the lucky winner at the Fratelli Estate.
  • Redemption is subject to availability and requires advance booking.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • The lucky winner can use the offer only once.

     Booking and Reservations

    • Present your booking confirmation by showing your voucher at check-in. Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM.
    • The voucher covers accommodation, all meals, wine tasting, and a vineyard/winery tour.
    • Travel costs to and from the Fratelli Estate are not included.

     Conduct and Safety

    • Respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.
    • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises.
    • Follow all safety instructions from vineyard staff.
    • Do not enter restricted areas or touch equipment without permission.
    • Wine tasting is available only to guests of legal drinking age; proof of age may be required.
    • Drink responsibly; overconsumption of alcohol is discouraged.
    • Only Fratelli wines are allowed on the premises; other liquor brands are not permitted.
