1. INTRODUCTION

The Kapil Sekhri Legacy Award (“Contest”) is organized and managed by Fratelli Wines Private Limited, having its registered office at A 35, Brij Greens, Satbari Chattarpur, South Delhi, New Delhi, India, 110074 (“Fratelli”), in association with Culinary Culture India Private Limited, having its registered office at One World Center, 16th Floor, Tower 2A, Senapati Bapat Marg, Mumbai City, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400013 (“Culinary Culture”).

The Contest aims to recognize and honour a sommelier who demonstrates outstanding storytelling ability, wine knowledge, and guest engagement in the Indian hospitality industry.

By participating in the Contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”), including any modifications, amendments, or updates that may be made by Fratelli from time to time at its sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Contest is open to professional sommeliers and individuals working in the hospitality or alcoholic beverage industry in India, aged 21 years or above as of the date of entry.

• Participants must hold a valid Indian passport with at least six (6) months validity from the intended date of travel in case the winner is required to travel as part of the award.

• Participation is voluntary and open only to residents of India.

• Each participant must ensure that all information submitted is true, accurate, and verifiable. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification.

3. DISQUALIFICATION

• Employees, agents, distributors, or representatives of Fratelli Wines Private Limited, Culinary Culture India Private Limited, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings), any winners of Wine Superstars Awards (including 2025 edition) are not eligible to participate.


• Any person directly or indirectly involved in the conception, administration, or execution of the Contest, including judges, consultants, and third-party vendors associated with the Awards, shall be ineligible to enter, and any such entries will be disqualified.

• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or submitted after the deadline will be automatically void.

• Fratelli reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with or attempts to subvert the participation process, violates these T&Cs, or acts in a manner deemed unfair, unethical, or contrary to the spirit of the Contest.


4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Participants must upload a 45-second to 1-minute video on Instagram demonstrating how they would present and recommend a bottle of Fratelli Master Selection to guests.

• The video must:
1. Showcase storytelling ability. and
2. Demonstrate wine knowledge and food pairing rationale. and
3. Reflect confidence, clarity, and engaging service styles

• Each post must tag @fratelliwines and @culinarycultureco, and include the official campaign hashtags (to be announced).

• Participants must also complete the official Contest webform by providing:
1. Full contact details
2. Proof of purchase (bill copy) of Fratelli Master Selection

5. PARTICIPATION TIMELINE

• The Contest will open for entries on 12th dec 2025 and will close on 20th Dec 2025 at 11:59 PM IST (“Contest Period”).
• Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.
• Fratelli reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Contest Period at its discretion without prior notice, and without liability to participants.

6. REIMBURSEMENT OF WINE PURCHASE

• Participant may purchase one (1) bottle of Fratelli Master Selection wine to be featured in their contest video.

• Participants shall be eligible for reimbursement of the purchase value of one bottle (maximum one claim per participant), subject to successful submission of:
1. A valid purchase invoice or bill copy clearly showing the wine name, quantity, date, and authorized retailer; and
2. Completion of the official contest webform, including accurate UPI details for reimbursement.
3. Reimbursements will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days from the close of the Contest Period or announcement of the shortlisted participants, whichever is later.
4. The reimbursement amount will be limited to the maximum retail price (MRP) of the Fratelli Master Selection bottle as printed on the label at the time of purchase.

• Reimbursements will be made only via UPI transfer to the participant’s verified account details provided through the official form. No cash or alternate payment methods will be entertained.

• Fratelli reserves the right to verify purchase authenticity with the retailer or distributor before processing reimbursement. Any forged, tampered, or illegible proof of purchase shall render the entry and claim invalid.

• Incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate submissions will not be eligible for reimbursement.
• Fratelli shall not be responsible for any transaction failures, banking delays, or technical errors arising during or after the reimbursement process.


7. SELECTION AND JUDGING PROCESS

• All valid entries received within the Contest Period will be screened and reviewed by a panel comprising Mr. Gaurav Sekhri, representatives from Fratelli Wines, and Mr. Vir Sanghvi, representatives from Culinary Culture (hereinafter called the ‘Jury’).”

• The Jury will evaluate each entry based on the following core criteria:
1. Storytelling and Communication: Ability to convey a compelling narrative around the wine, its origin, and service experience.
2. Wine Knowledge: Depth of understanding of wine characteristics, varietals, and appropriate food pairings.
3. Guest Engagement: Demonstrated confidence, clarity, and hospitality skills in guest interaction.
4. Presentation Quality: Overall creativity, authenticity, and adherence to the contest guidelines.

• The Jury’s decision shall be final, binding, and not open to appeal, correspondence, or challenge by any participant.

• Based on the evaluation, a shortlist of finalists will be announced on Fratelli Wines’ and Culinary Culture’s official social media platforms and/or websites.

• Shortlisted participants may be required to:
1. Participant in an in-person or virtual interaction or final round of evaluation;
2. Provide additional information or verification documents, as requested; and
3. Be available for media, publicity, or award-related events organized by Fratelli or Culinary Culture.

• The final winner of the Kapil Sekhri Legacy Award will be selected from among the shortlisted participants by the Jury and announced on the date communicated by Fratelli and Culinary Culture through official channels.

• Fratelli and Culinary Culture reserve the right to withhold or withdraw the Award if it is discovered that the winner has provided false information, violated contest rules, or engaged in conduct prejudicial to the brand reputation of either entity.

8. PUBLICITY AND BRANDING

• By participating in the Contest, each participant grants Fratelli Wines Private Limited (“Fratelli”) and Culinary Culture India Private Limited (“Culinary Culture”) the irrevocable right to use their name, image, voice, likeness, video entry, social media handle, and biographical information for the purposes of publicity, promotion, marketing, and advertising in connection with the Contest or any related campaign, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without any further consent, notice, or compensation.

• All entries, photographs, videos, and materials submitted by participants shall become the property of Fratelli, and may be used, edited, adapted, reproduced, or published by Fratelli and/or Culinary Culture for any editorial, promotional, or brand communication purpose, in perpetuity.

• Participants agree that Fratelli and Culinary Culture shall have the right to display, repost, or feature any submitted content (including videos) across their official social media channels, websites, digital platforms, and partner networks, with due acknowledgment to the participant.

• Participants must not use or display any branding, logo, or trademark other than those approved or provided by Fratelli during the creation or posting of their video entries. Any unauthorized brand association, product placement, or third-party logo inclusion may lead to disqualification.

• The name, logo, and trademarks of Fratelli, Culinary Culture, and the Kapil Sekhri Legacy Award are and shall remain their exclusive intellectual property. No license or right is granted to any participant to use the same for any purpose other than participation in the Contest, and only with prior written permission from Fratelli.

• Participants expressly waive any moral rights or similar rights that may arise from such use

9. REWARD DETAILS

• The winner of the Kapil Sekhri Legacy Award (“Winner”) shall receive a Vineyard Tour Experience in Italy, curated and sponsored by Fratelli Wines Private Limited in association with Culinary Culture India Private Limited (“Award Experience”).

• The Award Experience is designed to honour the Winner’s excellence in the field of wine and hospitality by offering firsthand exposure to global winemaking traditions and interactions with leading experts in the Italian wine industry.

• The duration of the Award Experience shall be approximately five (5) nights and six (6) days.

• The proposed itinerary includes visits to a selection of premium Italian vineyards, such as (subject to confirmation closer to travel dates):
1. Castello di Nipozzano (Chianti)
2. San Donato In Perano (Chianti Classico)
3. CastelGiocondo (Brunello di Montalcino)
4. Ornellaia (Bolgheri)

• The exact itinerary, travel schedule, and accommodations will be determined and confirmed by Fratelli in coordination with Culinary Culture prior to travel, and may be subject to modification based on operational feasibility, weather conditions, or availability.

• The Award Experience is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any alternate benefit.

• The Award Experience will be organized for one (1) Winner only. Inclusion of a guest (+1) may be considered solely at the discretion of Fratelli, on a case-by-case basis, and must be pre-approved in writing.

• All costs, expenses, and formalities related to the +1 (including but not limited to airfare, visa, insurance, accommodation, meals, and local transportation) shall be entirely borne by the Winner.

• The winner must satisfy all travel, visa, and legal requirements as may be stipulated by Fratelli and applicable authorities.

• Fratelli shall determine the final itinerary, travel mode, accommodation category, and activity inclusions at its sole discretion.

• The Winner shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all valid travel documents, including a passport with a minimum of six (6) months’ validity, applicable visas, and medical/travel insurance prior to departure.

• Fratelli shall not be liable for:
1. Any changes, delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel due to force majeure events, government advisories, or circumstances beyond its control;
2. Any loss, injury, accident, or expense incurred during or in connection with the Award Experience; or
3. Any tax liabilities or deductions applicable under prevailing laws.

• The Winner agrees to participate in publicity and promotional activities (including photography, videography, or interviews) during and after the Award Experience, as reasonably requested by Fratelli and/or Culinary Culture, without any additional compensation.

• “Failure by the Winner to comply with the travel terms, conduct expectations, or brand representation standards prescribed by Fratelli may result in forfeiture of the Award without any substitution or compensation. Further, Fratelli reserves the right to define appropriate standards of conduct and brand representation, and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding

10. VISA AND TRAVEL CONDITIONS

• Fratelli Wines Private Limited (“Fratelli”) will facilitate visa processing for the Winner through its designated travel or visa agent, by providing necessary invitation letters and supporting documentation required for the Award Experience.

• The issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate of the destination country. Fratelli and Culinary Culture India Private Limited (“Culinary Culture”) shall have no control or influence over the visa decision.

• In the event of a visa rejection, delay, or partial approval, Fratelli shall not be held liable for any resulting inability to travel or participate in the Award Experience.

• The Winner may, at their discretion and cost, reapply for a visa. However, participation in the Award Experience shall remain subject to successful visa approval and all other travel clearances.

• The Winner must comply with all applicable immigration, customs, and travel regulations of both India and the destination country. Any violation or non-compliance may result in cancellation of the Award, at Fratelli’s discretion.

• Fratelli shall not be responsible for:
1. Any loss, expense, or inconvenience arising from the refusal or delay of visa issuance;
2. Any change or cancellation in travel arrangements due to immigration or border control decisions; or
3. Any costs incurred by the Winner in connection with visa documentation, reapplication, or rejection, unless expressly specified otherwise in writing.

11. INCLUSIONS

The Award Experience for the Winner shall include the following benefits:
• Round-trip economy class airfare from any major Indian city to the designated destination(s) in Italy.
• Accommodation for the duration of the trip (minimum three-star hotel or equivalent standard).

• Ground transportation for vineyard visits, organized events, and other scheduled activities forming part of the official itinerary.

• A per diem allowance to cover meals, beverages, and incidental local transportation during periods of unscheduled or leisure time.

12. EXCLUSIONS

The following shall not be covered under the Award Experience and shall remain the sole responsibility of the Winner:

• Any personal expenses or discretionary spending beyond the per diem allowance, including but not limited to personal shopping, minibar usage, telephone calls, laundry, and room service beyond standard inclusions.

• Any additional sightseeing, excursions, or travel outside the official itinerary organized by Fratelli and Culinary Culture.

• Any costs associated with an accompanying guest (+1), unless expressly approved by Fratelli on a case-by-case basis.

• All additional expenses for such guest—including airfare, accommodation, meals, visa fees, insurance, and other incidentals—shall be entirely borne by the Winner.



• Fratelli reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest at any stage without prior notice.
• A participant may voluntarily withdraw their nomination or entry from the Contest by providing a written notice to Fratelli Wines Private Limited (“Fratelli”) via the official contest email address before the close of the Contest Period.
• Participation in the Contest does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the participant and Fratelli.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fratelli and Culinary Culture from and against any loss, claim, or damage arising from their participation, content submission, or breach of these T&Cs
• Any participant withdrawing from the Contest shall not be entitled to any reimbursement, compensation, or alternate reward, including any claim to the Award Experience. Such withdrawal shall constitute a complete waiver of any claim, demand, or right against Fratelli or its partners.
• Any dispute arising in connection with this contest shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
