Vineyard Visit Terms and Conditions

i. Customers must provide the retailer with the bill(s) and the following information:

a. Aadhaar card proof

b. Phone number

c. Email address

ii. The retailer will forward these details to the Fratelli team.

iii. After verification, a voucher will be emailed directly to the customer.

i. Voucher is valid until December 31, 2024.

ii. The voucher includes a 2-night stay for a couple at the Fratelli Vineyards.

iii. Redemption is subject to availability and requires advance booking.

iv. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

v. Each customer can use the offer only once.

 

i. Book by emailing estate@fratelliwines.in with your details and a copy of the voucher.

ii. Present your booking confirmation at check-in. Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM.

iii. The voucher covers accommodation, all meals, wine tasting, and a vineyard/winery tour.

iv. Travel costs to and from the Fratelli Estate are not included.

i. Respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.

ii. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises.

iii. Follow all safety instructions from vineyard staff.

iv. Do not enter restricted areas or touch equipment without permission.

v. Wine tasting is available only to guests of legal drinking age; proof of age may be required.

vi. Drink responsibly; overconsumption of alcohol is discouraged.

vii. Only Fratelli wines are allowed on the premises; other liquor brands are not permitted.
