Barrel Aged Fètta is a classic Greek style fètta made with a combination of sheep and goat milk. Ours are made with goat milk and aged for 3 weeks in brine, in a barrel.

Complexity in flavours develop from the exposure to the barrel. The cheese is salty, crumbly in texture and creamy on the palate.

This with the aromas from the barrel makes it perfect with white wines, rose, and sparkling, paired with salty & herbaceous accompaniment and crusty breads (olives, anchovies, sun-dried tomatoes, ciabatta)
